Ingredients
2cupsfresh strawberries
1 1/2cupschopped fresh pineapple
1cupplain Greek yogurt
1tablespoonhoney
Instructions
Put the strawberries and chopped pineapple in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey together.
Add the Greek yogurt mixture to the blender. Use a spoon to carefully swirl the yogurt into the fruit. If you want your popsicles to have a swirled look, do not mix the yogurt all the way in.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them almost all the way to the top.
If your popsicle molds have built in sticks or a holder for the sticks, put the popsicle sticks in right away. If not, freeze the popsicles for two hours and then add the sticks.
Freeze popsicles for at least 6 hours before enjoying. To remove popsicles from the molds, place the mold in cool water for a minute or two, until you can pull the popsicles out.
Notes
You may use vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain. If you use flavored, sweetened yogurt you can omit the honey.
